After the Swiss Federal Supreme Court rejected the filed suit, the Association of Climate Seniors takes their case to the European Court of Human Rights.
They rebuke the federal government’s failure to act on climate protection and demand more effective measures. The climate action at the Court is one of the first of its kind and could become a precedent for the whole of Europe. To underline their concern, the senior citizens are travelling personally from Bern via Basel to Strasbourg.
